I am delighted to be able to offer this up-dated course, which has been very popular for many years!
The sessions will be held in my Wellbeing Room at the Balfour Community Centre, Hull, HU9 2EU. There may be an option to attend via Live Teams link for those unable to attend in-person.
A brief outline of the sessions:
- Essential oil safety
- What is a pure essential oil?
- Confidence in blending essential oils
- Carrier mediums
- Different ways to use Essential oils
- Benefits and uses of 10 highly effective and safe Essential oils – giving you a toolbox of a huge number of potential blends
- Notes to help you feel confident in using Essential oils
- A bonus worksheet on using Essential Oils for the peri/menopause
£120 investment will give you:
- 6 X 90-minute face to face sessions in a small group to answer any questions
- All handouts as needed
- Follow up support as needed
- Refreshments
Please arrive at 6.15pm for booking in and refreshments.
What you will need to bring:
- Water (tea, coffee, fruit teas and juices will be provided)
- A pen, notebook and reading glasses for those who use them
- Your Essential Oil kit (I can purchase these in bulk for a 10% discount, which I will pass to you)
Your non-refundable deposit of £50 is needed to guarantee your place.
