As well as group yoga sessions, 1-2-1 yoga and treatment sessions can now be booked, hurray!!
Of course, the new normal does apply for these, so just be aware that measures have been put in place to comply with Covid-19 guidelines.
You will be required to read the Essential Health Questionnaire provided by my governing body. The day before your appointment I will contact you by phone or video call to take the consultation that we normally do in the treatment room and ask you a few questions.

*NEW PROJECT* I've been working on a new project to help those with specific health issues.
The first session is all about Restless Leg Syndrome as it is something I have had a long twitchy relationship with. Included in the session will be videos, handouts of all the postures used and written instructions on how to do them.
You can receive all this for only £5 per session (payable via Paypal or Bank Transfer). So less than the price of a yoga class, and you have all the resources to keep.
I would love to have your requests for other topics - so you are getting a bespoke class for only £5 - a bargain in anyone's books!
